How much does it cost?

The base fee for rental starts at $5,500 and total cost depends on a variety of factors. After speaking with you, Cyclorama staff will tailor a personal proposal that considers a variety of circumstances including size of event, schedule, staging requirements, staffing, as well as non-profit status and other needs.

What is included in my daily rental?

Full use of our space, house lighting package, use of a scissor lift, our 16 x 24 foot stage, entertainment and liquor licensing, security, staffing, and event cleaning.

What is the capacity of the venue?

The Cyclorama can host up to 1,000 for a standing event, and up to 625 for a seated dinner. Many other configurations fit wonderfully in the Cyclorama, from intimate weddings to corporate team-building events.

When is the space open for my event?

Our standard rental period begins at 9 am and events must conclude by 1 am. Our event staff will be happy to customize your load-in and load-out time and we can offer 24-hour holds

What staffing is included with my rental?

The Cyclorama has a contracted security firm as well as staff members who are trained to ensure that you,  your guests and vendors have a safe, enjoyable experience.

Can I bring in my own caterer?

We work exclusively with six of Boston’s best caterers. Please see our list of preferred vendors to choose a caterer that best suits your event. In the event you will need a caterer that can help you serve a specific cultural or dietary menu, please contact us for more information.
