The Push Project Residency is a 12-month residency program created to support the development of a new work by a theatre company, individual artist, or group of artists by offering access to performance and rehearsal space, marketing, administrative and production support, professional mentorship, and a platform for creating innovative and new work. In keeping with the BCA’s mission, residents must have a demonstrated and robust commitment both to their artistic practice and engaging the community.

We are excited to announce that Liars & Believers has been awarded a Push Project Residency for the 2019–2020 season. During their residency LAB will devise a new play, Red Elektra, written by Cassie M. Seinuk, with music by Saraswathi Jones, and directed by Jason Slavick. The production will run March 13 through April 5, 2020.
