Small Dances

The Boston Center for the Arts hosts four local choreographers:

Janelle Gilchrist
June-Takahashi Group
Lorraine Chapman the Company
Zoé Dance

and their take on the concept of small dances. Original works will feature contemporary pointe, a live electronic sound score, movement in a 6x6 square foot space and a real-time dance/video installation.

Movement at the Mills is an exhibition of dance by local and national choreographers and companies. Performances occur throughout the space while audience members are invited to walk through the gallery and observe dance as artwork. This free-form program is an exciting, non-traditional way to experience dance.
