The Launchpad Residency is a multi-year residency program designed to support the artistic and organizational growth of a theatre company by providing access to performance and rehearsal space, marketing, administrative and production support and professional mentorship. The Launchpad Residency provides a stable artistic home for the theatre company and allows the organization to focus on artistic excellence, audience development and organizational growth. This residency is intended to provide an organization with resources that allow them to take their work to the next level.

We are proud to announce that Fresh Ink Theatre Company is our Launchpad Resident for the 2019–2020 and 2020–2021 seasons. In November 2019, Fresh Ink will present staged readings of four new plays during their Ink Spots Festival. During their first residency year, Fresh Ink will workshop, develop and world premiere two new plays by New England based playwrights. Last Catastrophists by David Valdes will premier January 24–February 8, 2020. Maiden Voyage by Cayenne Douglass will premiere May 1–16, 2020.
