Red Elektra | Free Work-in-Progress Showing
Presented by Liars & Believers
Calderwood Pavilion at Boston Center for the Arts
FREE

In Red Elektra, BCA Resident Company Liars & Believers transforms ancient, divine justice into contemporary, thrashing vengeance—in a new theatrical adaptation with driving text, kinetic physicality and a Riot-Grrrl punk band.

Be Part of the Creative Process!
At a free performance, open to the public, we’ll show our work. Come see the unfinished show, then join us for a moderated discussion about the show. Tell us what you think. What worked? What confused you? What do you want to see more of?

Your feedback will drive the final product, premiering at Boston Center for the Arts March 13–April 5, 2020.

Red Elektra includes descriptions and depictions of sexual violence and may be upsetting to some audience members. Recommended age: 14+

Red Elektra is being developed as a part of BCA’s Push Project Residency.
