 In Dream of Life Federico García Lorca’s unfinished drama, Play Without a Title becomes the centerpiece for a journey through the world of Lorca’s “impossible theatre.”

Revolution breaks out in the streets, and in the theatre a director interrupts a performance of A Midsummer Night's Dream to demand that the actors and the audience invite the revolution inside. What follows is an intense debate -- where reality and illusion, truth and lies stand side by side in a grand exploration of the very nature of theatre.

Play Without a Title will be presented alongside Lorca’s highly experimental diálogos. Passionate, surreal and personal, the diálogos unfold like waking dreams and exemplify Lorca’s conviction for “impossible” theatre.

Approximate Run Time: 1 hour and 20 minutes without intermission

Recommended for ages 13 and older.
