Haril A. Pandya, FAIA, NCARB, LEED AP is a Principal at the award winning design firm CBT Architects in Boston. With over 20 years of professional experience in residential, corporate, hospitality, mixed-use and retail projects, his sector focus is geared towards partnering with clients (building owners, brokers, and tenants) in providing design solutions in Asset Strategy, Building Repositioning, Retail, and Rebranding. Haril is currently working on major projects in Boston, NY, and Canada providing holistic solutions that are creative and directly affecting our clients bottom line increasing value to the building and impact to the market. Currently overseeing over 30 projects totaling over $180 million for Shorenstein, The Blackstone Group, Equity Office, Brookfield Properties, Flatley Co, Bulfinch, Spear Street Capital, Twining, Normandy, The Davis Co and BioMed Realty, to name a few. Several of these projects have won prestigious interior design and other awards.

In 2009, he was one of 8 recipients nationally of the American Institute of Architects’ (AIA) Young Architects Awards—the highest recognition for architects who have been licensed for 10 years or less. Additionally, in 2008, he was recognized by Building Design + Construction as a top “40 under 40” in the design and construction industry. He has been featured in 2010 & 2011 in Banker and Tradesman and Boston Business Journal as an upcoming “Emerging Leader.” As part of his professional experience, Haril served as the youngest elected member on the Board of the Boston Society of Architects, President & Chair of the Young Professional Advisory Council, and currently on the Board of Directors of the Boston Center for the Arts, the AIA Government Affairs Committee and the NAIOP Gavel Board. Recently, Haril gave a TEDx talk on the generational impact in the workplace called, the "Death of the Corner Office".

An award winning filmmaker and musician, Haril has toured the U.S. as the lead guitarist in an indo-jazz fusion band Karyshma. Audiences have included such notables as Sen. Hillary Clinton, Dr. Deepak Chopra and the Hon. PM of India. Locally, he is playing in his rock cover band Red Square.
