Jessica is a Managing Director in Jones Lang LaSalle’s Capital Markets Group, where she specializes in institutional investment sales in the Greater Boston area. Over her career, she has participated in more than $15 billion of transactions as a principal and advisor.

Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, she spent nine years at Beacon Capital Partners, where she was a Senior VP and participated in more than $9 billion of acquisition and disposition of office properties in London and across Europe, where she established a new platform and completed more than $2.9 billion of acquisitions and numerous dispositions and joint ventures. Prior to her term in London, she was active in the acquisition and disposition of office properties in the United States, notably in Boston, New York, and Chicago. Representative deals in the Greater Boston area included the John Hancock Tower Complex, 116 Huntington Avenue, 501 Boylston Street, and Bay Colony Corporate Center.

Prior to joining Beacon, Jessica worked in the investment sales group at Meredith & Grew, where she was a VP, and Trammell Crow Company, where she was a Senior Associate. She began her career as an analyst at Jones Lang LaSalle in New York, where she was a part of the team responsible for the revitalization of Grand Central Terminal.

Jessica graduated from Dartmouth College where she received a Bachelor of Arts in History and captained the Varsity Golf team.
