Administrative Assistant | Cyclorama Events

The Boston Center for the Arts seeks an energetic and motivated full-time candidate to support its day-to-day operations and rental activities. A successful candidate must be highly organized, self motivated, detail oriented and be able to handle multiple projects in a fast paced rental sales environment. Enthusiasm for BCA’s programs, applicable experience, a sense of humor, and ease working with others are all important as well. Must have excellent computer skills especially with Microsoft Excel. Data entry experience, or 1-2 years of similar experience in a related setting preferred. Excellent opportunity to gain and develop understanding of event and venue rentals as well as a thriving urban arts center.

Cyclorama Production Associate

The Boston Center for the Arts is looking for an individual to support the Cyclorama Production department for events held in the historic Cyclorama. Events span a broad range of styles and include corporate parties, meetings, weddings, art fairs, fashion shows, and trade shows, among others. The Production Associate will also serve as an arts advocate and should be comfortable speaking with patrons, clients, etc. on behalf of the BCA during events. The Production Associate position reports to the Cyclorama Production Manager. This is a part-time weekly position with an hourly wage. Flexible hours depending on event schedule.

House Manager

House Manage multiple performances and events in the BCA Plaza, Plaza Black Box Theatres and Plaza Lobby (open theatre and lobby doors, communicate with the production team and Calderwood Box Office staff regarding any ticketing or patron needs).
